Sit down with the recipes suggested on this site and look for others that go along with the clean eating philosophy of fresh ingredients and no processed foods. Write down the recipes you’ll be making for the week ahead. There’s a place for this on the list. Then check the ingredients on the right that you’ll be needing at the store. Remember, the more planning you do, the more successful you’ll be at sticking to your goals. Here’s to new habits!
