You’ll LOVE This 30 Day Ab Challenge

Boring old sit-ups? Nope. This challenge will open your mind to all the ways you can exercise your core muscles to get the definition and strength you’ve been wanting. Each day of the challenge has 3 exercises inspired by a video workout from the Beachbody On Demand library. It’s a great way to get to know all of the awesome routines these home workouts have to offer.

You’ll need to print the workout schedule below, use a timer, and grab a dumbbell (or heavy book, water bottle, etc.) for 21 Day Fix Extreme and Beast Body workouts.

Ab Challenge Schedule:

Day 1-10: Complete each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat each circuit 2-3 times

Day 11-20: Complete each exercise for 45 seconds and repeat each circuit 2-3 times

Day 21-30: Complete each exercise for 60 seconds and repeat each circuit 2-3 times

Day 31: BONUS DAY….coming soon!
