5 Reasons To Ditch Your Gym Membership And Workout At Home

An average Gym-Goers routine…

Wake, eat breakfast, shower, pick out cute gym outfit, do hair, and possibly a little make-up, brush teeth, pack a gym bag with towel, change of clothes, water bottle & snacks, find parking (hopefully without driving around for more than 10-minutes), check-in at front desk, put gym bag in locker, find a perfect spot in class (not too close to the front but so you can see the instructor-Darn! Favorite spot is taken), hope it’s not the same workout as Monday, hope it’s not the same music as Monday, thinking about all the things you need to do once you’re done, class is done, wait in shower line- SHOOT! they ran out of deodorant! Get dressed, wish you ironed your top, get in car, eat snack on the road, turn around to head back home…you forgot your laptop…grrr. Sound familiar?
