Winter Wake-Up (152 cal., CHO 15.6g, Sugar 9.4g, Fiber 8.1g, Fat 1.6g, PRO 5.4g)

1 cup chopped, de-stemmed Kale (try the dark leaf versions life Dino & Purple kale)

1 cup Micro greens (beet, spinach, pea and mustard are great examples)

4 large orange segments (substitute blood oranges, tangerines, kumquats or grapefruit)

1 tsp raw ginger root

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup coconut water

1 cup filtered water

Positive Protein (438 cal., CHO 51.3g, Sugar 29.8g, Fiber 10.1g, Fat 22.1g, PRO 15.8g)

2 Tb. Hemp Seed (raw, seeded)

1/2 cup cow’s milk or almond milk (feel free to use your favorite but try for milks that offer protein)

1 Tb. Almond Butter

1 Tb Cocoa Powder

1 cup spinach leaves, raw

1/2 frozen banana

2 whole dates, pitted

1 cup ice
